Made to be worn, not stored.
Hand-finished in gold-plated silver with baroque freshwater pearls. A little attention keeps the lustre; none of it is difficult.
The daily ritual
- Apply perfume and cosmetics first; the jewellery goes on last, and comes off first.
- Remove before sleeping.
- Remove when cleaning.
- Store each piece separately, in a closed container.
- Hang necklaces.
- Polish with a soft cloth.
- Travel in pouches.
- Alternate your pieces; plating rests when worn in turn.
- Dry after cleaning.
- Handle the pearls gently; they are organic, and they remember.
Kept from harm
- Chlorine and salt water.
- Remove before exercise.
- Harsh substances and household chemicals.
- Hot water.
- Direct sun and heat.
- Ultrasonic cleaners.
